Senior Campaign Associate

Job Description

The Senior Campaign Associate leads smaller-scale campaigns independently while supporting the planning and execution of larger, more complex initiatives. This role plays a key part in ensuring campaigns are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with strategic objectives.

Responsibilities

• Execute and coordinate marketing communication activities across digital and offline channels.
• Draft, edit, and publish content for social media, newsletters, press materials, and internal communications.
• Support the development and implementation of branding guidelines and visual standards.
• Monitor and report on campaign performance metrics, preparing weekly and monthly summaries for stakeholders.
• Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, and media partners to ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Assist in planning and executing events, activations, and public-facing initiatives.
• Provide communications support for public affairs and strategic narrative projects as required.
• Maintain an organized library of media assets, templates, and brand collateral.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in marketing communications, public relations, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
• Proficiency with digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and content management systems.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, execution-heavy environment with multiple priorities.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with creative, operations, and leadership teams.
